HARTFORD POLICE TO CONDUCT DUI CHECKPOINTS IN THE 400 BLOCK AREA OF WETHERSFIELD AVENUE.

(Hartford) - On Thursday, July 7th from 1800 hours through 0200 hours on Friday, July 8th, 2005, the HPD Traffic Division will conduct a DUI/motor vehicle safety checkpoint in the 400 block area of Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford. 

The checkpoint is part of the 2005 Enhanced DUI Enforcement Program sponsored by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation.
