HARTFORD POLICE SEEKING RICARDO FULLER FOR APRIL 16TH SHOOTING OUTSIDE 213 CLARK STREET.

(Hartford) - Hartford Police are looking for Ricardo Fuller, AKA "FULLER", DOB 10/04/81, last known address of 199 Vine Street, Hartford, wanted in connection with an April 16, 2004 shooting outside of 213 Clark Street, Hartford. 

Hartford Police Major Crimes Divisions Detectives have secured an arrest warrant for Ricardo Fuller charging him with Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree,  Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, and Carrying a Pistol Without a Permit.  Fuller's bond has been set at $25,000.

The weapon in this shooting has not been recovered and is believed to be a .380 caliber automatic type handgun.  Fuller is considered armed and dangerous.  Anyone with information concerning Fuller's whereabouts should utilize caution and immediately contact Detective Andrew S. Weaver of the HPD's Major Crimes Division at 527-6300, extension 5219.
