Apprehend Fugitive from Justice Wanted for Murder in Puerto Rico. (Hartford) - Hartford Police have announced the apprehension of Josian Rodriguez, DOB 02/05/71, of 132 Collins Street, Hartford, a fugitive from justice wanted in Puerto Rico on Murder and Carrying a Pistol Without a Permit charges. At approximately 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 14, 2004, HPD Detective William Rivera and members of the HPD's Intelligence Division responded to 231 Collins Street, acting on information received from HPD Major Crimes Detective Karla Rodriguez on the whereabouts of Rodriguez. Based on this information, Detective Rivera successfully located and arrested the suspect without incident.
