Hartford Police Continue to
Search for Elena Cruz-Rivera.

(Hartford) - Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating Elena Cruz-Rivera, last seen at 888 Park Street, Hartford, on Saturday, August 19th at 10:30 a.m.  She was reported missing by her family, is intellectually disabled and has mental health issues.

Ms. Cruz-Rivera is described as a 42 year old Hispanic Female, 5'9", 170 lbs, with short black hair, medium complexion, and a rash around her neck.  She was last see wearing a brown and blue tee shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.  Ms. Cruz-Rivera is known to frequent the railroad/bus terminal and the area around Main Street and Albany Avenue.  She may be attempted to reach New York City.  Canvases by the Hartford Police Department have been unsuccessful in locating Ms. Cruz-Rivera.
