Raquel Ramirez also
known as “Shorty” or “Tiny”
On June 30, 1985 Hartford Police
began an investigation into the murder of Raquel
Ramirez. Raquel’s body was found near Charter Oak
Landing, formerly known as the Dolly Madison Landing
or the dike area in Hartford. The Hartford Police,
and particularly Raquel Ramirez’ children who want the
individual(s) responsible for her homicide and taking
their mother away from them brought to justice.
Raquel Ramirez was last living at 192 Ward Street in
Hartford Connecticut.
