HARTFORD POLICE RELEASE MUGSHOT OF YALINES TORRES, CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEATH OF EIGHTEEN MONTH OLD ELIJAH GASQUE

(Hartford) - Police today released the arrest photo of Yalines Torres, 25, of 76 Main Street, charged in connection with the December 12, 2008 death of Elijah Gasque, eighteen months old, of 76 Main Street.  Torres remains in custody on $500,000 bond pending arraignment in Hartford Superior Court.
