Hartford Police Seek Suspect in September 30th, 2003 Attempted Murder and
Shooting
(Hartford) – Attached is a
wanted poster

with picture, of Mr. Christopher Sanchez, DOB July 16, 1975, wanted by
Hartford Police as a suspect in a September 30, 2003 Attempted Murder and
Shooting which occurred at the intersection of Francis and Hamilton Streets
in Hartford, Connecticut.
During this narcotic related
robbery, Sanchez was armed with a .40 Caliber Glock handgun with an extended
magazine that held 29 rounds, which he discharged, striking the victim twice
in the chest. The weapon has been recovered by Hartford police.
Sanchez has been charged with
Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder, Assault in the First Degree, Criminal
Attempted Robbery in the First Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm, Criminal
Possession of a Firearm, and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit. Sanchez's
bond has been set at $250,000.
Sanchez is considered armed and
dangerous and should not be approached by the public. Anyone with
