(Hartford) – Hartford Police are still seeking Patricia Richardson under outstanding arrests warrants issued in 2002 for Assault in the Second Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with out a License. Richardson, a 40-year-old black female, is approximately 5’2”, 180 lbs, with brown hair. Last known address was 640 Garden Street, Hartford.

Identification of the individual previously in custody was Richardson’s sister, aunt of the accused shooter in yesterday’s incident involving juveniles.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Lieutenant Jose L. Lopez, Sr., Commander, Youth and Family Services Division, at 527-7300 extension 5255.
