(Hartford) – On Tuesday, November 4, 2003, at approximately 2 a.m., Hartford Police Officers Danny Mui and Nazario Figueroa, while on patrol observed an Hispanic male engaged in suspicious activity on Laurel Street. When the Officers approached, the suspect fled on foot. Officer Mui pursued the suspect on foot. Suddenly, the suspect turned and reached towards his waistband.
