HPD Major Crimes Division Arrests Murder Suspect.
(Hartford) – On Thursday, November 20, 2003, Detectives from the Hartford Police Department’s Major Crimes Division obtained an arrest warrant for William Tisdol, DOB 10-31-74, charging him with Murder, Criminal use of a Firearm, and Carrying a Pistol Without a permit. These charges stem from the June 3, 2002, murder of Jason Crawley at 388 Vine Street, Hartford. Tisdol was arrested without incident at 155 Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford and remains in police custody on a $1 million dollar bond.
