Hartford Police Apprehend Felony Murder Suspect.

On Friday, December 19, 2003, at approximately 1150 hours, Hartford Police Department Patrol Units responded to the 3rd floor of 134 Babcock Street on the report of shots being fired. Upon arrival, responding officers located a male victim inside the apartment suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was immediately transported via ambulance to Hartford Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as Miguel Delgado, age 26, of Hartford, Connecticut.

The Hartford Police Department's Major Crimes and Evidentiary Services Divisions began an immediate investigation into this incident. On December 30, 2003, Major Crimes Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Julian Marquez, DOB 6/20/79, of Hartford, Connecticut in relation to this incident. Julian Marquez has been charged with Felony Murder, Murder, Robbery 1st (4countS), Burglary 1st, and various gun related charges.
